The "I Am" Conference emerges as a pioneering initiative within the extensive efforts of the E' Girls Right Foundation. Committed to advancing women's empowerment and fostering positive change, the foundation has long been at the forefront of advocating for the rights and aspirations of young women across Nigeria. In line with our mission to provide platforms for growth and empowerment, the "I Am" Conference stands as a flagship event, designed to amplify voices, inspire personal development, and ignite a sense of empowerment among all participants. Through this conference and various other endeavours, the E' Girls Right Foundation remains steadfast in its dedication to empowering young women to realise their full potential and shape a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

Through our various initiatives and programs, we strive to provide young women with the tools, knowledge and support they need to navigate life with confidence and resilience. I am thrilled to welcome you to "I AM" CONFERENCE a groundbreaking endeavor inspired by my lifelong dedication to women's empowerment. The I Am Conference is my 40th birthday pet project that is expected to engage young female students across universities in Nigeria and Africa through life changing seminars, mentorship programs, skill acquisition, financial literacy workshops, guidance counselling sessions and life transforming fireside chat. My passion for advocating for women's rights and standing up for empowerment of women in every facet of life has given birth to this initiative.
My journey has been fueled by a profound belief in the transformative power of empowering women mentally, financially, politically, digitally and spiritually. It is this belief that has driven me to establish this conference as a platform for women across Nigeria and Africa to come together, share experiences, learn and grow.
My vision is to create a platform where women can find strength, support, and inspiration to pursue their dreams and aspirations. I envision a future where every woman is empowered to reach her full potential and make meaningful contributions to society.
